Okay, so here's my first blog entry! I can hear the cheers from around the world! Okay, not really, but aren't you excited!?! I think I'll still post my journal entries in "Notes from Tara" (being an English major, it's hard to give up your journal), but I thought this might be a fun format to do something a little different. You can't know 'til you try, right? I'm thinking random thoughts and interesting things I may run across to post, like bad jokes, videos of myself or others (or both) and maybe just some quick personal updates now and then. I'm not promising it will be consistent in either frequency or content... but it may be moderately entertaining now and then...or not.

To kick off the first blog entry, I'm posting a new video I recorded for a friend. She asked me to play my version of "One More Time" by Richard Marx. I hope you enjoy it; it's a live take I did one day. (Don't forget, if you're listening with small laptop speakers, plug in the headphones instead and listen to hear it as it truly is. Oh, and, yeah, make sure you pause the player at the top of the screen, too.)
